In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Oversee the preparation, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reports and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
  • Analyze the operational results of the different functional teams, including ItP, CtC, ICO, and RtR, sensing data, challenges, and making sound solutions.
  • Tie up numbers, question variations, highlight issues, and connect with functional teams to resolve and work on resolutions in real-time.
  • Serve as Finance Business Partner for the portfolio business unit or site to develop and implement strategic business plans and operating initiatives through data-driven insights.
  • Ensure efficient communication with counterparts, BUs, and sites by delivering factual data, reports, and information on time.
  • Supervise and the Record-to-Report Accounting team and provide mentorship and support.
  • Prepare for external audits and work with auditors to ensure that financial records are in order.

Who You Are:

You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You identify and monitor key financial indicators to gauge performance, identify trends, and suggest strategies that can impact results. You separate and combine tasks into efficient and simple workflows.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; preferably with a Certified Public Accountant license.
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience, including management of an accounting team and positions of increasing responsibility in accounting.
  • Experience working in shared business services or business process outsourcing.
  • Prior experience in supporting business units, preferably in a matrixed organization structure.
  • Prior experience in P&L management.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems with experience in systems development (i.e., Oracle).
  • Proficiency in ERP and regulatory compliance with strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
