The MC Insulation and Painting Field Engineer Job Description are as below:

1. Ensure the proper insulation and painting is done properly and meeting all specifications and project requirements.
2. Plan, schedule, and coordinate the painting and insulation Mechanical Completion (MC) activities to align with project deadlines.
3. Prepare and maintain work packages for insulation and painting MC activities, ensuring compliance with project standards.
4. Lead and manage teams in executing MC activities, ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines.
5. Coordinate Tri-Party Walkdowns and collaborate with discipline engineers to conduct comprehensive inspections.
6. Monitor subsystem progress and generate reports to support efficient scheduling and decision-making.
7. Work closely with engineering leads to address tagging issues and resolve all the insulation and painting punch list items.
