- Trouble shoot and repair plant facilities, machinery, equipment and tooling to meet the expectation performance.
- Reporting the inspection machine condition, repairing log event, spare part inventory according to facility department system procedure.
- Carry out the preventive maintenance activities to enhance the effort reduction of break downtime.
- Assist the facility engineer to continue improve the machinery, facilities and tooling performance.
- Assist the facility to ensure the vendor work meet the expectation
- Troubleshoot the machinery due to electrical work such as machinery tripped (included invertor, PLC program, circuit breaker and relay, etc)
- Experience installation wiring work, electrical faulty part replacement
- Know how to use the Multimeter and test pen to check the leakage of electrical supply or part diagnosis.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 2 years' experience in machinery and electrical field.
- Undergraduate from vocational technician academic school.
- Willing to work in night shift and overtime public holiday or weekend.
