THE POSITION

As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will be accountable for guiding a team of sourcing professionals, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and managing supplier relationships to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive change across the organization.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and executing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance
• Guiding a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies
• Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships
• Driving continuous improvement in procurement processes and practices
• Monitoring market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Thisposition is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be namedSolstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 orearly 2026.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proven track record of driving cost savings and supplier performance improvement
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

• Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
