Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior AEM IT Architect to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and automating our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform to ensure high availability, performance, and stability. This role involves troubleshooting server issues, managing CI/CD pipelines, driving automation initiatives, and enhancing overall platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve server-related issues impacting AEM platform performance and stability.
Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and reduce lead times.
Design and implement automation strategies for server management, deployment, and monitoring to improve efficiency.
Lead initiatives to enhance end-to-end platform stabilization and ensure high availability.
Collaborate with development and operation teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and ongoing support.
Attend to support team issues, providing technical guidance and resolutions for AEM and infrastructure-related problems.
Monitor platform performance metrics and implement improvements proactively.
Document architecture, configurations, and procedures for ongoing platform management.
Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to AEM, automation, and cloud operations

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an AEM Architect or Senior AEM Developer with a focus on operations.
Strong understanding of server infrastructure, networking, and enterprise application management.
Expertise in CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines).
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, Ansible).
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Certifications:

Adobe Experience Manager Certifications
DevOps or Cloud Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
