Skill Set

• 5+ years of minimum Hands-on experience with informatica power center & IDMC (IICS) ETL tools with key transformation components, IDMC experience should be minimum 3 + years

• Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in Redwood - Job scheduling is an added advantage

• Should have good understanding in oracle/SQL server SQL and PL- SQL

• Need to have knowledge on Unix scripts.

• Experience in ETL monitoring and support projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for production support and job monitoring

• Analyze and resolve any production job failures.

• Responsible for break fixes

• Need to work on incident tickets and service requests to bring them closure within the defined SLAs.

• Should be able to handle small enhancement requests.

• Need to coordinate with various teams like Application admins, system admins, DBAs if there are any failures to be handled.

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekend shifts.

• Troubleshooting and do performance tuning.

• Responsible to ensure the fixes are successfully deployed in production.
