You'll manage subcontractors, materials, plant and ensure that safety and quality standards are upheld on site. You'll be part of a supportive team that values experience and leadership, and you'll be working locally - not rotating or FIFO.

- Oversee daily site activities across civil and water infrastructure projects
- Manage crews, subcontractors, and plant on site
- Coordinate works in line with program, budget, and project scope
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements
- Assist with site reporting, inspections, and client liaison
- Lead toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture on site
Essential skills and knowledge
- Trade background or Civil Supervisor experience within infrastructure projects
- Previous experience with water-related civil works (e.g., pipelines, pump stations) highly regarded
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Practical understanding of construction methods and sequencing
- White Card and current driver's licence essential
- Confident with reading plans and coordinating site activities
