Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team at ABB's Robotics. In this role, you would be responsible for the coordination of onsite reactive, preventative and post preventative engineering activities across the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with ABB's and customer standards, policies, and procedures. Acting as the single point of contact during service execution, between engineers and the customer - this role champions customer satisfaction, resource optimization, and service excellence. The role requires a strong level of professionalism to exceed customer expectations in managing first time fix rates and dynamic scheduling ability. This role is to join a team of experienced Service Coordinators to optimize allocation of Field Service Engineers and intervention delivery. Please note that the work model for the role is onsite, which means working at our Milton Keynes office 5 days per week.

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in service coordination or operations, preferably in an industrial or technical services environment
• Strong organizational, self-management, and problem-solving skills
• Professional communications skills, which includes demonstrating high ownership of your tasks and having a positive ambassador mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of service agreements, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in SAP, Sales Force and Excel would be considerable advantages
• You hold a current and valid UK VISA/work permit
