We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated individual to assume the role of Head of Site Security and Administration. The ideal candidate will possess a distinguished background, having served as an Army Colonel or as ACP/CP in civil services, with 15 to 20 years of extensive experience in a similar profile. This senior leadership position is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our sites while overseeing comprehensive administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Security Management: Develop and implement robust security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard company assets, personnel, and information.
Leadership: Lead and manage the security team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits, identifying potential vulnerabilities and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
Incident Response: Oversee the response to security incidents, ensuring swift and appropriate action is taken to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative functions, including facilities management, logistics, and resource allocation, to support overall site operations.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to security and administration.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and external agencies to coordinate security efforts and share best practices.
Qualifications
Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience in a similar profile, with significant service as an Army Colonel or ACP/CP in civil services.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of security protocols, risk management, and administrative functions.
Certifications: Relevant security and administrative certifications are a plus.
