Function description

On this role you will be managing the contractual aspects of large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.

You will be responsible for drafting and revising main and subcontract agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensure effective implementation and follow-up of contract procedures within the project, assist in the preparation of variation claims, and support the resolution of contractual disputes.

Requirements

• HBO/WO education with a technical background.
• Experience in offshore platforms or similar heavy industry projects.
• Experience with contract types like FIDIC and Logic
• Good command of the English and Dutch language both spoken and written.
