Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of the EL Integrity Investigations team, working in a coordinated effort with other investigators and partners to deliver and manage a wide range of integrity and workplace investigations. You will be reporting to the EL Head of Investigations. The work model for the role is: hybrid Preferred location: Brazil, Mexico, India (associated with required language skills) You will be mainly accountable for: Planning and conducting investigations, including case triage, scoping, interview preparation, research, analysis, interviews, collection and forensic analysis of emails and other data, transaction analysis, and report writing. Undertaking thorough analysis of root causes of failures/errors and making suggestions for process and controls improvements. Liaising with relevant internal controls, HR, or other functions to drive remediation efforts. Presenting findings to relevant management and/or committees to determine appropriate level of discipline and corrective actions. Handling cases across the globe. Providing high-level experience, expertise, guidance, and leadership in company-wide, multi-jurisdictional, complex reviews. Conducting and managing special purpose/fact-finding reviews into alleged violations of the ABB Code of Conduct. Preparing high-quality reports to assist in further disciplinary actions

Qualifications for the role
- Preferably a degree in law/accounting/audit such as CPA/LLM/CIA or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in handling ethics and integrity investigations/forensic reviews in a multinational corporation, reputed legal firms, or consulting firms.
- Experience in handling FCPA matters is a plus.
- Data analytics experience and ability to develop root causes and remediation.
- Dynamic work exposure in a multicultural environment and ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Knowledge and experience of eDiscovery processes/data collection, analysis, results, and reporting.
- Good understanding of IT tools, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in both written and verbal English, and at least one additional language.
- Good judgment and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Flexibility to travel at short notice.
