About the mission we offer you:

Within the Human Resources Department of Technip Energies France, you will join the HR Services Delivery France team, you will participate in various Payroll and Leave Management HRSD projects of the team.

Your missions will be diverse:

Participate in the different phases of projects in support of the various Leads of the Project team, in particular:

• The follow-up of the migration of the GTA tool, the integration of the new onboarding tool, the implementation of new agreements on different companies, possible Structural Changes, the International Mobility Leave Project
• The implementation of the new Payroll tool
• The Data Cleansing campaign (improvement of data quality) in coordination with the CORE HR teams.
• The development and improvement of PowerBI on reporting.
• Writing Change/Enhancement Requests
• Participate in the follow-up of Payroll and Leave Management mini-projects
• Fixed error logs from mass uploads
• Support IT teams with interface monitoring and error log management

Duration of apprenticeship: 1 to 2 years

Desired start: September 2025
