KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth andachieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providingproduct training, support, and guidance
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners todeliver value-added solutions
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effectiveaccount management
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identifyareas for improvement and drive continuous growth

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $94,000 - $115,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $100,000 - $120,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOUMUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proventrack record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Experience with BAS and DDC systems.
