The salary range posted is for For Irwin, California locations. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide Javelin Weapon System training support services at the National Training Center (NTC) in support of the visiting unit's training mission.
- Perform frequent Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) on all Javelin training equipment to ensure full mission capability.
- Coordinate with the Directorate of Training and Doctrine on current and future Javelin training issues and actions.
- Support/participate in any changes to the Javelin System Training Plan (STRAP), updates for Training Aids/Devices/ Simulators & Simulation (TADSS), planning for New Equipment Training, and tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) for the Javelin Weapon System.
- Establish structures which include planning, coordinating, directing, scheduling, resourcing, and managing operations of training support.
- Build and revise all training material by developing, validating, and evaluating based on System Approach to Training (SAT) criteria.
- Conduct course training matters such as training sequence, lesson outlines, learning objective, course length, scheduling, Student Evaluations Plan, testing, utilization of training resources.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (an additional 8 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)
- US Citizenship and a secret level security clearance is required
- 10+ years of experience with the Javelin weapon system
