Role Overview

• Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research on laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to our business operations.
• Contract Drafting and Review: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising a variety of commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Compliance Support: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer and employee activities align with legal requirements and corporate policies.
• Documentation Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a centralized database for commercial contracts and legal documentation.
• Meeting Participation: Attend meetings, take and share meeting notes, provide legal insights and contributing to decision-making processes.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance in organizing and managing commercial legal files.
