- Update monthly the SOP files of all operating business units in Fromex.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of updates for Shipping, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
- Prepare presentations for SOP reviews and Participate in all SOP meetings.
- Present results at SOP meetings of different metrics when required.
- Complete ABC analysis and reclassify components on a periodic basis.
- Calculate safety stock parameters, Min-Max levels and reorder points of components periodically and keep them updated in system.
- Keep planning parameters of purchased components updated in system.
- Create, keep and publish purchasing and inventory metrics on a periodic basis
- Focus actions to help improve delivery rates and inventory reduction.
- Generate alignment between Purchasing and Planning in demand signals in collaboration with Strategic Planning.
- Reduce material shortages for production and air freight / expediting.
- Support purchasing activities as required such as: place and follow up purchase orders with suppliers, Confirm delivery dates with suppliers, negotiating the best dates for plant, Implement cancellation messages and purchase reschedules from the system in a timely manner, Resolve discrepancies in invoicing and receiving of materials.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Production Control and Inventory Management.
- Previous experience in MRP, Planning, Supply Chain and SOP.
- Experience in excess and obsolescence analysis, ABC classifications and purchasing parameters.
- ERP systems management (Oracle desirable).
- Experience in safety inventory calculation, reorder points, Min-Max, Kanban.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Bilingual 90%
- Analytical skills, effective communication, negotiation, leadership and collaboration.
- Information management skills, Root cause analysis and data focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel.
- Knowledge in Power BI or data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding in inventory control techniques (FIFO, LIFO, JIT, PFEP).
- High sense of urgency, communication and teamwork.
- Ability to follow up on production indicators.
- Availability and documentation to travel.
