We are looking for a Senior Interface Representative Royal Commission and Pack 5B with the following details :

Location : Jubail, KSA

Duration : 12 months

Work Status : Resident ( 6 working days per week)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience in refining or petrochemicals and technologies.
• Proven Experience in EPC project management (knowledge of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a plus).
• 15+ years' experience in Petrochemicals and refining projects.
• Ability to adapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within intensive environment. Interpersonal skills, rigor and analytical mind.
• Ability to work as a member of a project Team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with the involved different Parties (Contractors, project Entities, Authorities, industrial Investors, nearby Industries, auditors, other disciplines representatives, experts, etc.).
• Ability to liaise effectively at all organizational levels.
• Leadership in a challenging context.
• Oral communication abilities and writing skills in the English language required.

MISSIONS / SERVICE

• The Interface Representative of Royal Commission and Pack 5B will provide support for the management of all interfaces, project permitting and agreement with the Royal Commission of Yanbu-Jubail (RCYJ), as well as the management of all the interfaces with the third parties and project Stakeholders.

The Senior Interface Representative is responsible for:

• To coordinate and control the implementation of the commissioning plan,
• To manage permits required for Construction, Commissioning and operation,
• To manage all related interfaces between the RCYJ, the value park Investors, and all Stakeholders,
• To manage all encroachment permits related with the pipelines works within RCYJ corridors,
• Planning, monitoring and reporting all Interfaces activities,
• To support the Third-Party Interface Manager with activities related to Marafiq, Saudi Electric and RC related scopes within the Cogen,
• The Interface Representative will Report to the Interface Project Manager
