Overview
Responsible for managing and overseeing QatarEnergy's international offices to ensure seamless support for global business operations. This role ensures that international office activities align with corporate policies and procedures, and coordinates with HQ support functions to assist country managers and international office personnel in achieving the business objectives set by QatarEnergy's headquarters.

Key Accountabilities
  • Business Engagement & Support: Facilitate engagement between international offices and QatarEnergy's business functions to achieve corporate and functional objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report the performance of international offices to ensure delivery of agreed KPIs.
  • Operational Coordination: Develop and support operational policies and procedures, manage day-to-day administration and logistics, and coordinate HQ support functions.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HSEQ, security, financial, legal, and procurement controls to minimize risks and maintain compliance.


Experience
  • Experience : At least 10 years in a relevant field.
  • Expertise : Extensive knowledge in financial management, performance analysis, and quality management systems.
  • Expertise : Comprehensive knowledge in financial management, performance analysis, and quality management systems.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, International Relations, Commercial or a related field
