• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan (or willingness to learn)
• Eagerness to develop skills in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

DAY-TO-DAY

In this entry-level role, you'll support lead installers with heating and air conditioning system installations, service calls, and maintenance tasks. You'll help inspect systems, diagnose issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards. You'll also update job information in ServiceTitan and follow company protocols to deliver excellent service. Each day will offer hands-on experience and opportunities to grow your skills in the heating and air conditioning industry.
