We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Demand Generation Customer Success to join our growing team and help streamline campaign scoping for our sales and operations teams.

This fully remote, client-facing role is key to ensuring Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) campaigns are scoped accurately, efficiently, and with clear expectations for clients and internal stakeholders alike.

Essentail Job Function
  • Develop and execute sales enablement plans focused on lead generation programs to support revenue growth goals.
  • Partner directly with sales teams and clients to define and refine target audiences for lead generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and market opportunity.
  • Act as a strategic resource for the sales team by providing guidance on audience strategy, targeting a full buying team and campaign structure during the pre-sale process.
  • Provide consultative support to educate clients about the best practices for targeting audience and how it impacts lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Participate in client calls or email threads to gather campaign scope details and walk clients through the ideal customer profile Questionnaire.
  • Develop toolkits, templates, and reference guides to help sales teams accurately scope and position lead generation programs.
  • Accurately and confirm capture campaign details from the client and input information into required scoping documentation.
  • Manage campaign scope requests through Zendesk or other internal ticketing systems.
  • Follow up on scope tickets daily to ensure timely progress and response to data team and sales representatives.
  • Set proper expectations with clients regarding CPL delivery timelines, lead types, and conversion methods.
  • Streamline sales processes related to CPL (Cost Per Lead) programs, lead validation, campaign scoping, and pre-sales management.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of target audiences, key industries, and lead to quality expectations to better inform sales strategy.
  • Create feedback mechanisms between sales and lead gen operations to continually refine positioning, program packaging, and client targeting.

Core Competencies
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing/project tracking platforms.
  • Knowledge of CPL (Cost-Per-Lead) campaigns required.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or operations support role, preferably in demand generation or lead generation.
  • Experience working directly with clients to define project or campaign scopes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent documentation habits.
  • Comfortable leading conversations and walking clients through structured forms.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

We are excited to share that this position will be salaried or exempt and the base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $54,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.

If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years' experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
