Endeavor Business Media's Marketing Solutions group is growing and seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Demand Generation Program Coordinator to join our Demand Generation team. This fully remote, client-facing role is critical to the successful execution of Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) campaigns-ensuring each program is launched on time, within scope, and with precision.
You'll work cross-functionally with our marketing, sales, and data teams while maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment-skills essential for leading successful CPL campaigns.

We are excited to share that this position will be salaried or exempt and the base salary range for this position is $48,000 to $52,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years' experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.

Essential Job Functions:
- Manage the full lifecycle of CPL (Cost-Per-Lead) campaigns-from material collection to campaign completion.
- Submit landing page build requests and QA the completed pages, including reviewing and adjusting form fields to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign scope, insertion orders, and seek client approval.
- Oversee campaign launches, confirming all creative assets, targeting parameters, and tracking links are in place.
- Use tools such as Monday.com and AdOrbit to manage project timelines and campaign setup.
- Review programs thoroughly for potential issues, and develop proactive solutions when discrepancies arise.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, updates, and timely responses throughout the campaign.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (marketing, sales, and data).
- Assist with lead delivery, final reporting, and client support post-campaign.
Core Competencies:
- Familiarity with content syndication, lead generation, or digital marketing.
- Experience using project management and campaign platforms (e.g., Monday.com, AdOrbit,).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client-facing program or project management roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
