Responsibilities
- Stationed at the reception counter and greet/welcome visitors
- Provide directions to visitors
- Assist in all administration works such as card access, visitor management, meeting room management system etc
- Assist in invoice checking, telephone bills sorting etc
- Maintain tidy meeting rooms and boardrooms after use
- Serve beverages to guests
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- GCE 'O' Levels/Nitec in Office Skills or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in hospitality/customer service in corporate offices, banks, hotels
- Responsible, good team player and meticulous, service oriented
