Responsibilities
  • Stationed at the reception counter and greet/welcome visitors
  • Provide directions to visitors
  • Assist in all administration works such as card access, visitor management, meeting room management system etc
  • Assist in invoice checking, telephone bills sorting etc
  • Maintain tidy meeting rooms and boardrooms after use
  • Serve beverages to guests
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor


Requirements
  • GCE 'O' Levels/Nitec in Office Skills or equivalent
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in hospitality/customer service in corporate offices, banks, hotels
  • Responsible, good team player and meticulous, service oriented
