What will you be doing?

• Reports to the Warehouse Lead and supports efficient warehouse operations.

• Assists with receiving, storage, and timely distribution of goods for projects.

• Ensures proper documentation and coordinates with stakeholders.

• Optimizes warehouse space utilization.

• Helps maintain digital records and ensures compliance with safety guidelines.

• Provides support in employee training and task assignment

Key Responsibilities of the Role

• Assist in receiving, storage, and distribution of goods for projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, transport companies, and Project Teams, and Offshore Resources to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth operations.

• Help maintain documentation throughout the supply chain process, including tracking customs documents, manifests, and certificates.

• Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure a logical layout of the premises.

• Consider specific storage characteristics for different types of equipment and goods to ensure proper handling and storage conditions.

• Utilize task-specific software and equipment to maintain accurate digital records of all warehouse processes.

• Support the maintenance and certification of equipment, in coordination with the Warehouse Lead and technical team.

• Assist in recruiting, orienting, and training warehouse staff, and provide ongoing coaching and support.

• Promote and maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.

• Collaborate on waste stream management, following company guidelines and regulations.

What experience would we like you to have?

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations related to warehouse and supply chain operations.

• Proficiency in using MS Office applications and warehouse management systems.

• Ability to work with engineering and design software, such as CAD, is a plus.

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Flexible and adaptable mindset to meet changing demands in a fast-paced environment
