- Analyze and solve engineering problems associated with the installation, start-up, and operation of relatively complex digital, analog, and hybrid control systems, sub-systems, and/or specific control equipment at customer locations.
- Assist, as part of an engineering team, in carrying out engineering assignments involving technology outside of normal area of expertise.
- Direct efforts of customer personal engaged in: installation of control system, subsystems, equipment or their routine modification/repair with the necessary support from higher level engineers.
- Provide direct engineering advisory assistance the customer, and liaison within the company, on issues dealing with the equipment or related matters.
- Perform a variety of related functions such as: site instruction of customer personnel; writing and modifying maintenance procedures; quality control tests and/or product evaluation; provide complete and timely reports on all activities with emphasis on defining problems encountered, services rendered, and customer reaction to supplied product and services.
- Receive and investigate customer complaints. Resolve and/or recommend solution to these complains.
- Log customer's phone calls in database and track for the call closing.
- Develop and maintain good customer relations.
- Complete other job supervisor/manager assigned.
- Frequent travelling is required

For This Role, You Will Need :
- Bachelor degree of industrial automation/computer science and technology.
- 1-3 years DCS/PLC engineering/service or maintenance background.
- Strong technical knowledge of process Automation products.
- Willing to take domestic and oversea travel, even at short notice for emergency service.
- High degree of initiative and good communication skills.
- Capable and willing to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Oral and Written), I.e. CET 6.
- Good learning ability and good great teammate, Positive working attitude.
- Adapt long term business travel at site.
- Occupational Health and safety competence.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience in cyber security implementation is preferred.
- Master degree or equivalent experience of industrial automation/Process control engineering
