SLB Iraq is looking for an experienced Intelligent field Completions Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize completion operations, ensuring all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and economically. This role is pivotal in maximizing well productivity and profitability by collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement completion programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the installation of the Completion equipment such as interval control valves(ICV), electronics permanent downhole gauges, packers, Chemical injection mandrel, SSDs, Nipples, and other completion accessories
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress and outcomes of well operations
• Experience of Completions and reservoir monitoring and control equipment such as Downhole cables, connectors, and terminations.
• Prepare completions equipment for intelligent well completion
• Perform installation of downhole equipment to surface acquisition units
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Providing direct instruction and supervisor to junior Field Engineers on day-to-day wellsite work and activities.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align completion activities with overall project goals.
• Maintaining clear and accurate operational records and reports for analysis and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Intelligent completion operations within the energy sector.
• Strong expertise with downhole connectors and termination.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage field-based teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Current certifications in HSE, well control, and other relevant compliance areas
