Compensation
Salary Range: $113,900 - $174,570 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.

As the Project Management Advisor, you'll manage the design, construction, and commissioning phases of distributed-scale solar and energy storage projects, overseeing subcontractor activities and coordinating closely with internal departments (Technical Services, Development, Procurement, Operations, Asset Management, Finance) and external consultants. Your experience should include managing complex construction projects.
- Manage and advance multiple projects simultaneously from construction through handover to O&M/Asset Management
- Lead weekly meetings focused on design reviews, utility coordination, site updates, and project status; maintain contractual compliance across agreements (EPC, interconnection, financing, etc.)
- Oversee contract administration, including invoices, change orders, submittals, RFIs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution
- Support financing activities, project scheduling, inspections, testing, commissioning plans, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- A minimum of 7 years' total experience in construction management of large, complex projects, of which a minimum of 3 years in project management
- A proficiency with Procore and MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Additional Details
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
- Must be available to travel domestically 50% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
