Reporting to the dept. supervisor, jobholder is responsible for financial activities - operational and reporting/consolidation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Bills receivable management for projects and orders from outside projects;
• Checks the existence and accuracy of all information displayed on invoices related to orders, ordered products, prices, VAT, Incoterms conditions;
• Checks consistency of project budget with the invoices, order notes, contracts and payment terms agreed and ensures fairness of transactions;
• Monitors their Inbox for Accounts Receivables, checks the responses received from customers and communicates with them;
• Monitors Accounts Receivables common Inbox between various business units;
• It is responsible for Intercompany billing;
• It is responsible for reconciliations of Accounts Receivables;
• It is responsible of internal and external invoicing;
• It is responsible for balance reconciliation;
• Provides support in collecting Intercompany receivables (maintaining of AR Aging report and chase Intercompany customers for >90 days overdue invoices)
• Supports the Cash Application team to ensure timely and correct matching of receipts (unapplied cash investigation)
• Creates and updates the customer master data in Oracle though CVDH (name, address, tax registration, payment terms,etc)
• Uploads payroll files in Oracle
• Maintains of payroll files
• Reconciles outstanding SO/invoices
• Maintains intercompany recharges (Accrual and invoice)
• Updates the VAT adjustment file
• Updates SR&A (quarterly)
• Maintains GIT file, confirms balances with intercompany entities and resolves discrepancies
• Fulfils any other task assigned by management in connection with the responsibilities of the job or compliance with laws and/or regulations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University degree in economics (preferably accounting);
• Previous experience in AP - Accounts Payable and / or AR - Accounts Receivable;
• Advanced level in English;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint);
• Analytical thinking and organizational skills;
• Detail oriented and multi-tasking skills;
• Ability to work in team but also individually.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Any other European language is highly desirable.
