GE Aerospace is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will play a critical part in assembling, testing, and preparing high-quality aerospace components that power the future of flight.

What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate in a team-oriented environment that embraces lean practices and 5S principles to continuously improve processes and products.
  • Operate a variety of tools and equipment, including testers, power tools, coil winding machines, and hand tools, to assemble and test aerospace components.
  • Perform essential production tasks such as marking, blasting, degreasing, cleaning, prepping, and testing piece parts, subassemblies, and units.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure precision and quality in every task.
  • Read and interpret dimensional measurements and blueprints to meet exacting standards.
  • Obtain and maintain department certifications, including soldering, brazing, and operator stamps, as required.


What You'll Bring:
  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills, math skills, and computer proficiency.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work with precision tools.
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing experience and familiarity with blueprints.
  • High Reliability solder certification (9-4949) is a plus.
