Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
You will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage account strategies focused on increasing share of wallet, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, monitoring ongoing projects, and resolving specific customer issues. The role also involves contributing market insights, including pricing trends and competitive dynamics.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
You will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage account strategies focused on increasing share of wallet, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, monitoring ongoing projects, and resolving specific customer issues. The role also involves contributing market insights, including pricing trends and competitive dynamics.
Own the Challenge
- Lead the development and execution of account plans and growth actions (Statement of Work) for key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers.
- Understand key business drivers and emerging risks (e.g., sustainability, digitalization, cybersecurity) within the customer's environment, and translate these into opportunities for ABB.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing insights into current business and long-term customer plans.
- Define sales targets, monitor market pricing trends, track competitor activity, and ensure appropriate response strategies are in place.
- Prepare tailored technical solutions and proposals for key accounts.
What it takes to Run what Runs the World
- Deeply engaged in and skilled with drives, LV IEC motors, and the industrial market.
- Demonstrates strong experience in both sales and product expertise.
- Passionate about delivering customer satisfaction through tailored technical solutions.
- Holds a degree in Electromechanical Engineering or has a proven track record in a related technical field.
- Communicates fluently in Dutch, English, and French, with ease in both technical and customer-facing interactions.
