This position reports to

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. Refit supplier selection: Identify proper supplier to meet our material refit requirement because of engineer change, production and quality requirement. Logistics optimization: Cooperate with logistics and engineer department to monitor supplier logistics performance, and optimize supplier's package, label, and flexibility. Supplier safety stock management: Distribute latest supplier safety stock quantity and get supplier confirmation. Monthly monitor supplier safety stock preparation status to ensure it is in required range. Report & Optimization: Planning and purchasing related KPI and operation report. Use data analysis tools and process optimization to continuously improve work efficiency. Administration work: Arrange labor union and department activities. Apply department related expense reimbursement. Other optimization project or task assigned by line manager

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor and above degree, professional knowledge in material planning, purchasing function
• Good data analysis ability, high sensitivity to find the issue and analyze the root cause, identify potential risk and find solution
• Have English reading and writing ability.
• Use office software like excel, PowerPoint, power BI professionally, be skilled in SAP is preferred
• Open minded and active in communication, accountable and can bear stress.
• Teamwork, are willing to change and can accept change
