What are you going to do

As a Shutdown team member, you will be responsible for supporting various shutdown activities in Papua New Guinea. This role involves working closely with the project team to ensure the smooth execution of shutdown operations, adherence to safety protocols, and timely completion of tasks. You will be expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.



Seeking the following shutdown roles;

• Mechanical Fitter
• Structural Fitter
• Structural Welder
• Instrumentation Technician
• Electrical Technician
• Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor/ Leading Hand

Essential skills and knowledge

List of Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in shutdown roles within the gold mining industry
• Valid certifications and licenses as required for the position
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
• Willingness to travel and work in Papua New Guinea for the duration of the shutdown project
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
