On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced consultant with expertise in energy market analysis, with a particular focus on the LNG, FSRU, and LNGC markets. Could this be you?

About the assignment:
The assignment involves analysis of global market dynamics related to LNG and associated sectors. We are seeking someone who can extract and structure data from third-party databases and present the insights in PowerPoint. Strong skills in Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint, are therefore required.

Tasks include:

• Analysis of LNG, FSRU, and LNGC markets
• Use and processing of data from third-party databases
• Preparing presentations and decision support material in PowerPoint

Desired qualifications:

• Experience with LNG market analysis and price forecasting
• Background from major energy companies, research firms, or the shipping sector
• Preferably 10 years of experience in energy markets (LNG, gas, power, oil, or carbon credits)
• Familiarity with systems and databases such as Rystad, Bloomberg, Eikon/Workspace, Fearnleys, Affinity, and IEA
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Master's degree in economics, energy, petroleum economics, or another relevant scientific field
• Experience with conferences, client presentations, or teaching is an advantage
• Strong English language skills

• Structured, independent, and business-oriented
• Confident in presentations and communication of insights
