Essential skills and knowledge
- Support end-to-end project delivery across civil, electrical, and structural scopes
- Lead and coach contracting partners on systems, processes, and safety
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless implementation and handover
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance
- Coordinate with operations for shutdowns and project tie-ins
- Site support - Problem-solving on-site
- Liaison between departments
- Safety and compliance monitoring
- Assist in project planning and scheduling
- Rostering and workforce planning
- Monitor project progress
- Data collection and reporting
- Risk assessment and mitigation
- Vendor management
- Internal stakeholder management
- Assist in compliance audits
- Support all phases of the project lifecycle
- Support operational efficiency improvements
- Communication of project changes
Essential skills and knowledge
- Must have experience working in construction and mining or HME
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Ability to work with stakeholders across the business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full Manual C Class driving licence
- Must have current right to work in Australia
- FIFO experience preferred
- Ability to work on an 8:6 roster
