Job Summary

We are looking for a customer service staff in DAUT Japan. In this roll, the staff will be responsible for entering orders into internal system and handle them in order to ship products by preferred delivery date. If you have experience in sales/sales administration and want to grow your career in our team, we welcome you to join us.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Entering orders into internal system and handle them in order to meet preferred delivery date.
  • Crafting instruction for business improvement
  • Qualify customer requests for quotation to ensure that a quote will meet the customers' application and operational needs.
  • Working closely with sales team and support them in contacting with customers.
  • Attending meeting and discussing improvement of internal system with distributed team in English
  • Coordinating ideas from colleagues and reflecting them to procedure.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant level of education
  • Experience in sales or sales administration
  • Experience in admin work especially word, excel, outlook
  • Positive approach to responsibilities and problems
  • Active listening and good communication skill
  • Outgoing, forward-thinking, quick, and flexible personality.
  • Good and effective spoken and written communication skills in Japanese


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Experience in mechanical or electrical industry
  • Sophisticated English skill
  • Confirmed customer engagement and interpersonal relationship skills.
