Your role and responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities We are looking for Warehouse/ Internal Logistics Specialist located in Tuzla / Istanbul. Ensures various warehousing operations, including packing and storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner, Maintains complete and accurate data in the ERP system, Checks the quality of incoming goods for storage, Ensures daily contact with suppliers, Participates in regular inventory control processes, Checking customs documents, Supporting the team for daily operations, Assisting the sales support team in managing customer orders throughout the entire process, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery, Proactively updates customers on the status of issues and provides clarifications for any questions they may have throughout repair processes, Ensures a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the entire process, Collaborates with after-sales services and/or spare parts teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications for the role

• An associate degree graduate,
• Min 5 years of experience,
• Preferably knowledge of logistics experience,
• Preferably having a forklift license,
• SAP knowledge is a must,
• High ability to work in a team,
• Good communication skills in English & Turkish language,
