Your role and responsibilities
Do you want to lead and develop an important function within one of the world's largest suppliers of robotic systems, robots and service of robots? We are entering a new era with a rapid development of robotics and AI. Both in our products and in our preventive maintenance. ABB Robotics in Västerås has kept its innovation capacity alive for 50 years while becoming one of the largest players. We are now in-vesting in the future as an own independent company in our new cohesive Robotics Campus in Västerås. We are looking for you that has a strong business drive and a passion for creating value and building longterm partnerships with our customers in the Nordic region. You lead a dedicated team of 10 employees. Commercial business and leadership should be your focus in this position. You are responsible for results and we will grow with profitable growth. If you are hungry for profitable longterm service agreements that you work out together with your team, this is your service. To-gether, we work to create longterm, sustainable and efficient solutions that support our customers' businesses and contribute to a productive and longterm sustainable future. In the role of Contract Manager, you are responsible for strengthening our position as a leading supplier. The Group is driving the growth of service agreements and developing new business opportunities with increasingly digital and datadriven solutions. We ensure delivery efficiency and the highest possible customer satisfaction. You will lead and inspire a committed team of employees who work closely with our customers. Qualifications for the role
- At least 3 years of experience working with contracts, projects, service and maintenance is a requirement, it is an advantage if you have a background in industry or the construction industry.
- You must have experience of a personnel management position, as a manager, team leader or similar.
- We would like you to have a university or master's degree in engineering or have a degree in economics.
- You are committed, organized and goaloriented, and contribute to creating a pleasant working environment for your employees while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, and have a B driver's license. You have good IT skills and are used to working in business systems that support both finance and sales.
