Your role and responsibilities

Do you want to lead and develop an important function within one of the world's largest suppliers of robotic systems, robots and service of robots? We are entering a new era with a rapid development of robotics and AI. Both in our products and in our preventive maintenance. ABB Robotics in Västerås has kept its innovation capacity alive for 50 years while becoming one of the largest players. We are now investing in the future as our own independent company in our new cohesive Robotics Campus in Västerås. We are looking for someone who has a strong and clear leader with a passion for creating value and building longterm partnerships with our customers in the Nordic region. As a Field Service Manager with us at ABB Robotics, you will be responsible for our field service operations in the Nordic region. You lead an experienced and committed team of around 20 employees in different locations. You lead a team that does everything to keep our robots moving in the Nordic region, whether it is corrective maintenance, troubleshooting or repairs. You are also responsible for staffing a number of emergency forces that are available 24/7. In the role of Field Service Manager, you are responsible for strengthening our po-sition as a leading supplier. You have full personnel and performance responsibility in this leading and central position for our service business. We ensure delivery efficiency and the highest possible customer satisfaction. Qualifications for the role

• At least 3 years of experience in leading field service operations towards industry is a requirement.
• You must have experience of a personnel management position, as a manager, team leader or similar, it is an advantage if you have had staff remotely.
• We would like you to have a university or civil engineering education in the background.
• You are committed, organized and goaloriented, and contribute to creating a pleasant working environment for your employees while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
