The Job holder supports the processes of Contracts and Procurement activities for the EPC-CPI Contract by performing the following tasks:
-             Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other Company HSE procedures in all activities
-             Carry out work in compliance with Company values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed Company priorities and objectives, Company standards and procedures and good industry practices

Pre-Award Tender Phase

-             Participate in planning’s phases of the needs / statement of requirements with the Project Panning team
-             Analyze all Purchase Requisitions (PR) expressed by the Project to ensure that adequate material specification (to finalize S.O.W), budget authorizations and relative cost centers have been provided
-             Ensure the accurate input of all necessary procurement data in SAP
-             Prepare the Call for Tender documentation and specific Tender and Tender Evaluation Procedures in line with Project and Company procedures,
-             Propose the bidder lists according to the nature of the requests
-             Group PR’s to reduce process costs
-             Prepare Call for tenders (CFT) and launch CFT’s in SAP Ariba.
-             Answer to tenderers’ requests for clarification
-             Study, compare and evaluate offers in order to have the most economical and contractual advantageous conditions
-             Organize and lead negotiations with suppliers associated with award and performance of POs / Contracts 
-             Issue RTAs in Duet with Métier Partners in charge of the request
-             Establish corresponding contractual documents: purchase orders, etc.
-             Make sure all Purchase Orders (PO), and contractual documents include the necessary related QA/QC provisions.
-             Ensure the follow-up of purchase orders / contracts until complete reception and payment
-             Ensure rapid and correct validation of PO’s / Contracts
-             Ensure reception of acknowledgement of receipt for PO’s / Contracts from suppliers

Post Award Contract Administration

Ensure that the Contracts assigned are administered in accordance with the agreed contractual terms and conditions and that Company’s interests are always protected:

-             Ensure Suppliers' deliveries / commence services on time by tracking progress
-             Negotiate and solve all minor changes leading to contract amendment from the Project team or suppliers
-             Ensure that SAP data is kept up to date
-             Modification of Purchase Orders in SAP
-             Administer contractual correspondence, change orders logs and filing,
-             Review requests for minor change orders and prepare / validate change order documents,
-             Administer Contractor claims files 
-             Ensure all contractual certificates, guarantees and insurances required under the Contract are in place and received in due time,
-             Coordinate the processing of Contractor’s monthly applications for payment and verify invoice submissions,
-             Administer all contractual data necessary to be recorded in SAP (ERP system) for establishing commitments, their follow up and payments

Qualifications/Experience required
C&P compétences
-             Highly proficient in SAP ERP
-             Highly proficient in various Microsoft Office software suite
-             Contracts / Procurement experience in the management of EPC/EPCI construction contracts from pre-award to final account preferably on offshore / subsea packages 
-             Good command of English language


Qualification and background
-             Must be highly proficient in the use of SAP
-             Diploma: Quantity Surveying / Contracts Law / Engineering / Business Subject would be a plus
-             International Experience Required:       Yes
-             5 years, practical, relevant and progressive experience in placement and administration of EPC/EPCI construction technical contracts in offshore/marine Oil & Gas Projects.
-             Personal Abilities: Knowledge and understanding of contract processes in projects.
-             Good general knowledge and understanding of project control, commercial, legal and insurance matters, and an understanding where relevant to construction and supply contracts.
-             Very good understanding of different means of contractor remuneration and their commercial implications, practical experience of their use.
-             Good communication, organizational skills, capabilities to take workload & work under pressure, able to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
