As Inquiry to Order (ITO) Quality Manager, you will be accountable for Quality during Inquiry to Order (ITO) phase, supporting commercial and technical negotiation with customers from FEED phase to RAC, working in strict connection with AEs, Com Ops, Sales and Inquiry to Order (ITO) planning teams. Being a consolidate subject matter expert in Project Quality, you will also support and drive strategic initiatives where high expertise is required, with particular focus on new Inquiry to Order (ITO) proposal models or supporting DTI/NPI team

You will be responsible for:

• Timely analyze customer quality requirements during Inquiry to Order (ITO) phase, supporting Commercial team during preparation of proposals and negotiation with customer, providing relevant C&Es, quotation and additional documentation required to finalize the proposal with customer.
• Acting as Quality SME during customer negotiation meetings or customer qualification audits.
• Highlighting and detecting risks providing relevant mitigation or engaging proper functional stakeholders to address them
• Sharing upcoming projects outlook, complexity, and risk scenario with Order To Remittance Quality Team on periodic basis.
• Driving and supporting initiative for simplification and process improvement during Inquiry to Order (ITO) Phase.
• Monitoring Inquiry to Order (ITO) Quality performance with appropriate metrics and KPI, striving operational excellence.
• Maintaining Inquiry to Order (ITO) quality control plans for proposal up to date and develop new models as required.
• Serving as Quality functional expert for Learned Lessons to Inquiry to Order (ITO).

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have an appropriate level qualification in Project Management, Engineering or Quality Management, or equivalent experience (bachelor's or master's Degree is recommended).
• Have significant proven experience in Project Quality Management in Oil & Gas with a good knowledge of Turbomachinery/Plants products and relevant BH Quality Standards.
• Show solid experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control processes and their contractual application during OTR projects execution.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, being Fluent in both English and Italian, able to master presentations with customer or internal stakeholders.
• Be proficient in negotiation and influencing skills, with a proven expertise in customer management
• Have a self-starter attitude, being able to identify goals, develop plans, manage multiple stakeholders, tasks and priorities at the same time, leveraging good teamwork, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Be Available to travel on short notice to visit customer or Baker Hughes locations
• Have Quality auditor training & qualification (desired)
