Your role and responsibilities

Project Initiation and Planning • Formulate detailed project plans, covering project schedules, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, etc., and confirm the final plan with the client. • Select and assemble a project team including development, testing, implementation, etc., from internal employees or external contractors, and clarify the division of responsibilities. Project Progress and Quality Management • Develop project quality plans and quality standards to ensure that all aspects of software sys-tem development, testing, and implementation comply with relevant specifications. • Organize daily communication meetings, track the project progress, and coordinate the collab-oration among different functional team members such as development, testing, and imple-mentation. • Timely identify potential risks that the project may face, such as technical problems, personnel changes, requirement changes, schedule delays, etc., and take effective countermeasures to ensure that the project progress, quality, and budget are under control. Order Placement and Budget Management • Verify key order information with multiple parties including sales and clients to ensure that the order content is consistent with the project plan. • Complete order entry, follow up on the order approval, contract signing, payment confirmation, and other processes, and monitor the order execution status. • Statistically analyze the order data. • During the project execution, ensure that the deviation between the actual expenditure and the budget is within an acceptable range. Project Acceptance and Summary • After completing system development, testing, and implementation, organize the client for project acceptance to ensure that the software system meets the client's requirements and ac-ceptance standards. • After the project ends, conduct a comprehensive project summary, analyze the successful expe-riences and deficiencies of the project, and provide references for subsequent projects. Customer Communication and Relationship Maintenance • Deeply understand the client's needs, expectations, and pain points, and actively maintain ef-fective communication to promote the client's confirmation of key requirements, design solu-tions, and deliverables. • Regularly report the project progress, results, and existing problems to the client, and prompt-ly answer the client's questions to ensure that the client has a clear understanding of the pro-ject situation. • After project delivery, collect customer satisfaction survey feedback, and promptly handle the problems and suggestions put forward by the client to improve customer satisfaction. Team Assistant Support • Assist with the daily support work of the team, such as team activities, team meetings, train-ing, procurement, and information dissemination.

Qualifications for the role

• 5 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry, and 3 years of project manage-ment experience. Graduates majoring in industrial control, automation, software engineering are preferred.
• Have an understanding of the application scenarios and business processes of manufacturing enterprises, and be able to provide effective solutions for clients.
• Be familiar with the functional architecture, technical principles, and related technologies of software and digital systems to facilitate effective communication and coordination with the technical team and clients.
• Master the knowledge system of project management, including the management methods and tools for each stage of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Be willing to maintain close and effective communication with clients, develop-ment/testing/implementation teams, etc., coordinate resources, and solve problems.
• Have excellent team leadership skills, be able to form, motivate, and manage a project team, and allocate tasks reasonably according to project requirements.
