This position reports to
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
You will be responsible for sales of Low and Medium Voltage Motors within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way, order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. Building long term customer relationships and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Reporting to the Sales Manager and this position is based in Singapore. • Selling Low and Medium Voltage Motors to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned divisions • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full Low and Medium Voltage Motors offering, and aligning to provide a solution • Preparing sales plans using company tools. Performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls • Creating added value for the customer and ABB, ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers • Preparing offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager • Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions

Qualifications for the role
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Possess min of 5 years of Sales experience.
- Possess Channel Management experience is desirable
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Positive attitude and self-driven
