Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

Your role and responsibilities

• Adapts and implements sales support strategy using specific technical capability for the designated area in line with the global support strategy and focuses on supporting configuration and quotation requirements.
• Oversees estimations, bids, and proposals, ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Bachelor or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, etc.
• Sales support or other related fields.
• Possess good communication and problem solving skills.
• Communication/coordination skills cross function/departments in both Chinese and English
• Strong Leadership capability. Ability to motive and develop people
• Result-orientated and very responsible
• Strong ability to solve conflicts
• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
