Job Description Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated individual, seeking a challenging career with excellent academic record, a genuine interest and passion for Human Resources, training, engagement, and continuous process improvement.
The HR intern will be involved in the planning of internal events and programs, as well as leadership-oriented activities, with real business impact.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs, assist identifying solutions and supporting in any HR doubt related.
Work with multi-functional team of HR, Reporting and Finance resources to help develop and govern current and future workforce planning needs.
Become familiar with data architecture (Workday) while identify/anticipating data needs.
Process documentation in accordance the possible changes together with process and system experts
Develop a good working relationship with the GE HR community through timely and accurate administration of HR processes, early identification of requirements and any service issues
Leadership on multiple development growth programs, managing all the tasks such as coordination of the agenda, ideas proposals or any administrative activity related that is necessary to successfully achieve the event.
Make the analysis of different metrics and data analysis to identify potential risks.
Other activities, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the HRM.
Requirements and Qualifications
Undergraduate student currently enrolled (preferably in their 3rd ) in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or other related fields.
Strong communications skills, continuously want to learn and growth, high energy and passion.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Sense of responsibility, accountability and customer driven.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Ability to manage sensitive data
Proactiveness and problem solver.
Analytical ability and resilience to change.
Desired Characteristics
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Ability to learn and adapt to new processes
Attention to detail and data quality
