This Position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage material movement, planning, and scheduling using transportation software and handle customs and trade compliance.
• Prepare and update monthly logistics schedules, coordinating deliveries to production sites and customers.
• Track inventory and shipments across all transport modes, re-routing as needed to meet demand and reduce costs; communicate fulfillment status to Logistics and Sales teams.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficient ex-ecution of logistics processes.
• Oversee import/export documentation and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate logistics master data.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in transport, trade, and warehouse management; relevant studies or experience are a plus.
• Highly motivated, persistent, and eager to continuously expand knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
• Skilled at managing multiple time-sensitive tasks in dynamic environments with a focus on prob-lem-solving and analysis.
• Committed to optimization and process improvement, with a keen interest in ERP, WMS, or TMS systems.
• Fluent in Dutch with solid English proficiency; strong IT skills, especially in standard MS applica-tions.
