Als HR Officer ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor collega's, managers en het HR-team. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle HR-processen goed en soepel verlopen, van indiensttreding tot uitdiensttreding.

Functie omschrijving

In deze functie werk je dagelijks met verschillende collega's samen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor administratieve taken zoals het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, het verwerken van wijzigingen, het voorbereiden van rapportages en het begeleiden van uitdiensttredingen.

Je ondersteunt het volledige HR-proces: van werving, indiensttreding, en het beheren van arbeidsvoorwaarden tot promoties, overplaatsingen en uitdiensttreding.

Verder houd je je bezig met:

• Het beantwoorden van HR-vragen van medewerkers en managers. Als je het antwoord niet weet, weet je precies bij wie je moet zijn.
• Het controleren en verwerken van personeelsdocumenten in HR-systemen.
• Het beheren van vertrouwelijke personeelsdossiers.
• Het maken van standaardrapportages.
• Het verwelkomen van nieuwe medewerkers.
• Samen met de HR-adviseur casemanagement doen bij langdurig ziekteverzuim.
• Meewerken aan het verbeteren en digitaliseren van HR-processen.

Je komt terecht in een hecht team dat zich inzet om de HR-dienstverlening steeds verder te professionaliseren en automatiseren. Je rapporteert aan de teamlead HR Services.

In deze afwisselende functie werk je zelfstandig en weet je het overzicht te bewaren, ook als het druk is. Je hebt oog voor detail en zorgt dat alles netjes en correct wordt geregeld.

Functie vereisten

• Afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding, bij voorkeur in HR-richting.
• Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Je hebt een kritische blik en denkt graag in oplossingen.
• Beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur per week (maximaal 40 uur).
