This position reports to
Global Product Lifecycle & Quality Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the customer experience for large, high-stakes projects involving medium voltage drives, ensuring value delivery and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. You will drive quality assurance efforts, act as the main escalation point during commissioning, and collaborate with project execution and customer support teams to de-risk projects and apply key learnings to future initiatives. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid. This role is contributing to the division Motion System Drives. You will be mainly accountable for: • Managing commissioning metrics by overseeing failure rates and timeframes during the commissioning phase to ensure successful project outcomes and meet performance targets. • Conducting proactive risk assessments by engaging early in project lifecycles to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks before they escalate or impact timelines and deliverables. • Monitoring schedules and progress by continuously tracking on-site activities, milestones, and deviations to ensure alignment with project plans and timely completion. • Leading technical issue resolution and customer escalations by analyzing active issues, distinguishing between product- and project-related cases, supporting teams during escalations, and maintaining clear, professional communication with customers.

Qualifications for the role
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, software, or mechanical engineering.
- You bring at least 10 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, ideally within the medium voltage drives domain.
- You have a strong track record in technical project management and delivering complex projects successfully.
- You are highly self-motivated, curious, and approach your work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- You are an excellent team player and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You hold current work permit for Switzerland (EU/EFTA).
