Your role and responsibilities

Have you successfully completed your bachelor's degree and are you looking to start your career in human resources? Then you've come to the right place! To support our HR Business Partner team in Ratingen, we are looking for a dedicated junior employee for a part-time master's program based on the dual principle. With us, you will gain practical experience in both day-to-day operations and strategic projects - and develop both professionally and personally. • Operational HR management of a dedicated department • Participation in strategic HR projects • Responsibility for internal talent and personnel development measures • Recruitment for commercial positions • Support with HR topics such as employer attractiveness, compensation structure, culture & organization • Close collaboration with our HR Business Partner team in day-to-day operations

Qualifications for the role

• Successfully completed bachelor's degree - e.g. B. in business administration, commercial law, or a comparable subject
• Initial practical experience in human resources
• Knowledge of labor law
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Structured, reliable working style and a genuine team spirit
