HR Employee Advisory Manager
The HR Employee Advisory Manager is accountable for the overall performance, strategy, and continuous improvement of the HR Employee Advisory function. This role leads a team of team leads and is responsible for the successful delivery of HR advisory services across multiple regions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
As a senior operational leader, the role holder oversees the full scope of advisory operations, drives alignment with HR strategies, and plays a critical role in partner engagement across global and local functions. This includes managing complex relationships, influencing decision-making, and ensuring seamless integration of systems, processes, and knowledge management initiatives.

HR Employee Advisory Manager
The HR Employee Advisory Manager is accountable for the overall performance, strategy, and continuous improvement of the HR Employee Advisory function. This role leads a team of team leads and is responsible for the successful delivery of HR advisory services across multiple regions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.

This includes managing complex relationships, influencing decision-making, and ensuring seamless integration of systems, processes, and knowledge management initiatives.
In this role You will:
- Operational Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of HR Employee Advisory services across regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service excellence.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of team leads, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure high performing, engaged teams.
- Partner Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior collaborators across HR, business units, and external partners. Act as a key liaison to ensure advisory services meet evolving business needs.
- Strategic Planning: Support the O&A (Operation & Advisory) Leadership Team in annual planning, resource forecasting, and prioritization of initiatives that impact advisory operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, driving root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Service Quality & Compliance: Ensure consistent service delivery in line with performance targets, policy compliance, and risk mitigation. Oversee quality assurance and escalation management.
- Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects impacting HR Employee Advisory globally.
- Knowledge Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of knowledge assets to support accurate and timely resolution of employee queries.
- Business Continuity: Contribute to business continuity planning and execution for Operations & Advisory.
What You will need to be successful:
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of coaching and/or leading leaders and relevant shared service experience (preferably in 1st level support).
- Actively working to develop capability in line with the people and culture capability framework.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven people leadership skills in managing team leads and analyst level.
- Effective project management and communication skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office/Office365 applications
- Proficiency in using CRM tool
- Proficiency in using Service enabling technologies
- Excellence communication (verbal & written)
