About the Role
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inspection Coordinator to join our Inspection Services team at NOV. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global leader in oilfield services, supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, technical environment.
As an Inspection Coordinator, you will provide crucial administrative and coordination support, working closely with the Inspection Manager. Your responsibilities will include preparing documentation for inspection and repair work, processing customer purchase orders, managing departmental stock, and maintaining production and inventory records. You will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of information, materials, and resources across inspection and machining departments.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who is looking to build a long-term career with opportunities for growth. As part of your development, you will be trained in certain duties of the Inspection Manager to provide cover when needed-making this a position with both responsibility and future potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage repair summaries with associated costs
- Process and track customer purchase orders (POs)
- Upload and assign machining repairs within inspection reports
- Handle internal and external customer inquiries professionally
- Open and track work orders
- Prepare and distribute Certificates of Conformance (COCs), including for Hardbanding
- Order and manage stock for inspection and machining departments
- Update production sheets and monitor stock status
- Enter labor hours into JDE system
- Maintain accurate documentation and archive records
- Support invoicing, rebills, and coding for monthly reports
- Collaborate closely with the Inspection Facilities Manager and provide support for departmental needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous administrative or coordination experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with systems such as JDE, FileMaker Pro, or Syspro is advantageous
Soft Skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn and undertake training to support operational coverage
