We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven ability to sell, a strong personal network, and a passion for delivering customer excellence. If you have the drive to grow business, close high-impact deals, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced renewable energy sector-this is your opportunity to lead the charge.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell Relentlessly
    Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing. You are expected togenerate, manage, and close opportunitiesindependently.
  • Leverage Your Network
    Bring and expand your ownstrong portfolio of installer anddistribution network and relationshipsto accelerate our market reach and sales velocity.
  • Champion Customer Excellence
    Place the customer at the center of everything. Understand their needs, deliver outstanding service, and build long-term trust and loyalty.
  • Drive Revenue Growth
    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistentlyexceed revenue targets. Prioritize high-impact accounts and deliver results.
  • Position with Authority
    Confidently communicate thevalue propositionof our storage solutions, technically and commercially.Differentiateus clearly from competitors.
  • Collaborate Internally
    Partner closely with internal teams-including marketing, operations, product, and executive leadership-to deliver an aligned, best-in-class customer experience.
  • Represent Canadian Solar
    Act as the face of the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer engagements. Build brand awareness and new business opportunities.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales in solar, energy storage, or cleantech
  • Arobust personal networkof EPCs, installers, and partners ready to engage
  • Strongsalestrack record, withclear evidenceof independently closing complex, high-value deals
  • Deeptechnical knowledgeof residential battery storage systems (string inverter experience is a plus)
  • Fluency inGerman and English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Degree inEngineering, Business, or a related field
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with a passion forcustomer success
  • Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels
  • Strong team player with a focus on internal collaboration to ensure alignment and efficiency across departments
